4. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate: our hosting provider, email and messaging services, Google (Analytics, Workspace, Drive backup), Meta (Facebook Pixel), Razorpay (payments), domain and hosting resellers such as ResellerClub, and similar vendors. They may process data only for the services they provide to us.
- Our team members who need the information to do their work (for job applications, only HR and management).
- Authorities and advisers: courts, government bodies, our auditors, accountants and legal advisers, when required by law or to protect legal rights.
- Others only with your written consent.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside India. We choose reputable providers and use reasonable safeguards.
5. Cookies and Analytics
- Essential cookies / local storage: needed for the site to work, for security, and to remember your welcome-notice choice so we do not ask you again every visit.
- Analytics (Google Analytics): anonymised statistics about visits and performance.
- Marketing (Facebook Pixel): measures advertising performance.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and manage Facebook ad preferences in your Facebook settings.
6. How Long We Keep Information
- Website visit data: up to 26 months (Google Analytics default).
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months.
- Client project data: for two years after the project or service ends, unless you ask for earlier deletion and no legal or accounting requirement applies. Invoices and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires.
- Agreement and acceptance records: at least three years after the relationship ends, because they may be needed as evidence in a dispute.
- Job applications: up to 12 months after the position is filled or the application is rejected; if you are hired, the data moves to your employment record.
After these periods we delete or anonymise the data.
7. Security
We use SSL/TLS encryption, restricted access to files and admin areas, private storage for resumes and photographs (not publicly accessible), password and two-factor protection for administrator accounts, and periodic security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
8. Your Rights and Choices
You may ask us to: (a) tell you what personal data we hold about you and why; (b) correct or complete inaccurate data; (c) erase your data, where we are not required to keep it; (d) withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect earlier lawful use); (e) stop marketing messages; and (f) nominate another person to exercise your rights if you cannot.
