1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Kirali Web Services (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Kirali Web Services provides digital services including but not limited to:

  • Website Design & Development (WordPress, WooCommerce, Custom)
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Pay-Per-Click Advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
  • Social Media Marketing & Management
  • Branding & Identity Design
  • Growth Strategy & Analytics

3. Project & Payment Terms

  • 50% advance payment required before project commencement
  • Remaining 50% due before final delivery
  • Payments accepted via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Razorpay
  • No refund once work has commenced unless company is at fault
  • Project timelines begin after advance payment and content received from client

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide all required content, images, and credentials on time
  • Delays caused by client may extend project timelines
  • Client is responsible for domain, hosting, and third-party costs unless agreed otherwise
  • Approval at each stage must be given in writing (WhatsApp or Email)

5. Intellectual Property

  • Final delivered work becomes client’s property upon full payment
  • Kirali Web Services retains rights to showcase work in portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing
  • Any third-party assets (stock images, plugins, fonts) are subject to their respective licenses

6. Confidentiality

We respect your business information and will not share any client data, business strategies, or credentials with third parties without written consent.

7. Revisions Policy

  • Number of revisions included depends on the package selected
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be charged at Rs.500 per hour
  • Major scope changes after project start may require a revised quote

8. Limitation of Liability

Kirali Web Services is not liable for:

  • Loss of business, revenue, or data
  • Third-party platform outages (Google, Facebook, hosting servers)
  • Results from SEO or advertising campaigns (as these depend on market conditions)
  • Delays caused by client or third-party dependencies

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days written notice. In case of termination:

  • Work completed till date will be charged proportionally
  • Advance payment is non-refundable
  • All deliverables completed and paid for will be handed over

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

Kirali Web Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
