Kirali Web Services | Version 1.0 | Effective date: 13 October 2026
This policy explains when you can cancel a service and what happens to the money you have paid. It forms part of our Terms of Service. If your signed agreement or accepted quotation says something different, that document applies.
1. Before Work Starts
If you cancel in writing before we have started work and before any third-party purchase has been made for you, we will refund the amount you paid, less payment-gateway and bank charges, if any.
2. After Work Has Started (Projects)
- The advance is not refundable once work has started, except where we are at fault (see section 6).
- If you cancel part-way, you pay for the work done up to the date of cancellation, calculated on the agreed milestones or, if none, on the share of work completed, plus costs we have already incurred. If you have paid more than that amount, we refund the difference. If you have paid less, the balance is payable.
- Once we have delivered and you have accepted the work (or it is deemed accepted), no refund is available for that delivered work.
- Source files and credentials for the work you have paid for are released only after all dues are cleared.
3. Domains, Hosting, SSL, Email and Other Third-Party Purchases
- Domain registrations, renewals and transfers, SSL certificates, premium plugins, themes, stock media, paid tools and similar items are bought from third parties for you. They are non-refundable once purchased, subject to the provider’s own refund rules. If the provider gives us a refund, we pass it on to you.
- Hosting and email plans can be cancelled before renewal. Please tell us at least 7 days before the renewal date. Amounts for a period that has already started are not refundable. Unused periods may be refunded only if the provider’s policy allows it, and only for the portion the provider refunds to us.
4. Recurring Services (SEO, PPC Management, Social Media, Maintenance)
- You can stop a recurring service by giving 15 days’ written notice. Fees for the current billing period are not refundable. We will complete the period or the notice period, whichever is shorter, and stop.
- Advertising spend paid to Google, Meta or other platforms is not paid to us and cannot be refunded by us.
5. Payment Errors
If you were charged twice or the amount was deducted but not credited to us, write to us with the transaction reference. After verification we will refund the extra amount to the original payment method, usually within 7 to 10 working days, subject to bank and Razorpay timelines.
6. When We Are at Fault
If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, and the failure is our fault and is not fixed within a reasonable period after you give us written notice, you may ask for a full or partial refund of what you paid for the undelivered part. We will decide fairly after reviewing the facts and records.
7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Email [email protected] from your registered email address with your name, company, invoice or project reference and the reason. We will reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval.
8. Taxes
GST on a refunded amount is adjusted as the tax law requires. Gateway and bank charges that we cannot recover may be deducted from a refund.
